The DCID 6/9 (ICD 705) Practical SCIF Construction Course (PSC) is designed for industrial security officers and/or facilities specialist at all levels who need to know how to contract to build a Sensitive Compartmented Information facility (SCIF) or SAPF in a cost effective manner.
